If you could change one important thing about your hometown, what would you change?

I live in a developing country. It is the responsibility of each and every citizen to contribute to their fullest to make my country completely developed. There are many reasons why my country is lacking behind. Illiteracy, population, poverty, hunger, unemployment etc. are important among them. I feel poverty is dragging most of the people behind(,) and forcing them to think only about their stomachS. So I would like to change the poverty in my home-town. To change my country it is necessary to start changing my home-town first.

Illiteracy is the reason for poverty and vice-versa. It is very difficult for a poor man to afford to educate themselves HIMSELF and their HIS children. Even though they enrol their children into school they cannot study at home because of THE lack of electricity. I met some illiterate people in my home-town and asked them why they don’t send their children to school. One of them replied that they don’t even have money to buy food for all the members of the family(,) so they cannot afford the fees for the school(,) so I would like to work on educating those people'S CHILDREN.

Unemployment is another important aspect of poverty. More than fifty percent of people in my country are unemployed. Those who don’t have income(,) or those who are jobless(,) cannot fulfil their own as well as their family’s basic needs. I would like to help these people for the self employment by starting A small scale business in which they can take the help of other family members and also hire other unemployed persons.

If people of my home-town are happy and satisfied then they can think well, they can be more creative and they can develop more interest to do good things. All these are possible when people of my home-town can earn sufficient MONEY. If poverty is killed then everyone will be happy. This is only possible when s/he is educated and earning some money. So if I could change one important thing about my home-town then I would definitely /change/TRY TO ELIMINATE/ poverty.

كارشناسي پيوسته مترجمي خبر (زبان انگليسي)

هدف: پاسخگويي به نياز فزاينده رسانه ها (اعم از روزنام هها، نشريات دوره اي، و....) به نيروي انساني متخصص در زمينه ترجمه متون خبري

و افزايش كارايي كادرهاي مترجمي خبري از طريق آشنا كردن آنان با آخرين دستاوردهاي علمي در ترجمه و همچنين تربيت كارشناسان

مترجمي متون خبري باتوجه به زمينه هاي مختلف كاري جهت انعكاس اخبارداخل به خارج از مرزها و بالعكس.

نقش و تواناييهاي فارغ التحصيلان:

1. داشتن تسلط و آگاهيهاي لازم در رابطه با ترجمه دقيق، جامع و روان متون خبري

2. دارا بودن قدرت تحليل محتواي متون خبري و تشخيص گزينه هاي مف يد اطلاعاتي و تصفيه و پالايش خبر از پيا م هاي مسموم كننده

غيراطلاعاتي

3. توانايي استفاده از واژ هها و لغات مناسب در ترجمه اخبار و توانايي روان نويسي متون خبري

4. دارا بودن قدرت انتخاب واژ هها، عبارات و جملات در ترجمه متون خبري از زبان مبداء به مقصد و بالعكس

5. مديريت در امور مترجمي خبر انگليسي

6. توان استفاده از تكنولوژيهاي نوين ارتباطي - اطلاعاتي

مشاغل قابل احراز:

1. خبرنگار مترجم

2. سردبير مترجمي خبر

طول دوره : طول دوره 4 سال است كه در قالب دروس نظري و عملي و گذراندن حداقل 6 واحد كارآموزي و پروژه ارائه م ي گردد هر

واحد نظري 16 ساعت درسي هر واحد آزمايشگاهي 32 ساعت درسي، هر واحد كارگاهي 48 ساعت درسي و هر واحد كارآموزي 120

ساعت درسي را شامل م يشود. طول هر ترم 17 هفته و معادل يك نيمسال تحصيلي است.

تعداد كل واحدهاي درسي: تعداد واحدهاي درسي 138 واحد به شرح زير است :

In general there are no disadvantages of co-education. The thing that matters is our own opinion and point of view. I am in O-Levels and i do have three female friends of mine and that is not a bad thing. Is it? Yes, we can say that it is a bad thing in Pakistan but not if considered by religious point of view but due to the senses of our society. Most of the Pakistani males are having a very low quality minds and they only believe in only wrong thing if considering girls.
They have a very bad and wrong opinion about girls and this is the thing of all.
So if it comes to me then i think that we should not be changing co-education system and rather the thinking of male society should be changed.

The system of co-education is not good in the Ismic States of the world. This system has been produced by the non-muslims states.   The concept of Hijab is not there, but in religion Islam clear order of Hijab (parda) is presented in the Holy Quran in surah Nisa. Meeting, talks, relations and other non-islamic tasks between the males and females (Muslim na-mahram) is prohibited in Islam. A famous Hadith, " when   a na- mahram man and woman are standing alone, the third one is evil (Ebleese) amonst them". In the co-educationing institutions certainlly nuiversities a large number of males, females students are sitting in shape of pairs and wasting their precious time in kiding with one another. In Europe the sexual intercourse between male, female is no matter but it is prohibited here. If they do this practice there no mention. But in Islam there is no place for such practice except their legal wavies. This system prodoces many social evils in the society, which causes unbarable situations for the muslim society wich is not possible to adopt the muslims. We should also take into consideration the fact that our youths are more likely to misuse to the opportunity of free mixing than to use properly. Every one know that the aims of education is different from each other is completely different from west. In Islamic society both the sexes donot adopt same careers in life due to physical structure of sexes. I have also studied in the invironment of co-education. I am too the prodution of this particular system. It is false belief that with giving co-education to save some money. Finaly I will say demarits are more than marits in our society. Thanks

i agree about co-education but i think student lose their freedom in classroom or girls feel shy so they can't ask qusetions or even discuss with boys

co-educations is having both advantages and some disadvantages are there.. in this both boys and girls both get understand and move forward on their acadamics.. for girls they can easily overcome shyness by interacting with opposite sex in a friendly manner,it gives good competition to both.. it should be main the student should not forget their main motive of education

biography

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

I am Abdorahman Barani, but you can call me Abdi. I was born in a small village in Nikshahr County in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in the south east of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Now I am 26 years old and am studying English News Translation at the Applied Sciences and Technology University of Jahad Daneshgahi in Birjand.

My plans for future include taking Masters exam in Iran in Translation Studies, and following that I would very much like to have travels to foreign countries and even study there at the PhD level.

At the end, I wish I can serve people in my hometown and region since the area in indeed quite underdeveloped.
